Blog Review| 2016

Hello sweet peas!! 🙂

Recently The Beauty Analyst did a post on her blog reviewing the year for her blog, and I found it so interesting that I decided to do it too 🙂 Check out her blog, because I find it so interesting to find out what others have achieved this year, and also her post was really cool 🙂

1.What has been your biggest blog challenge in 2016?

Breaking through the initial wall you get when you first start. Initially you have no one or very few people actually reading your blog and it can be a bit like “is anyone even reading this?”, and then suddenly I was being viewed so much and it was all worth it! 🙂

2.Has your blog changed since you started it?

Yes! Most definitely! This started out semi-anonymous and now I’m like “I don’t care if you lot know who I am, in fact I like that you know part of who I am!”. And I am definitely a lot more confident now 🙂 I don’t really think “no ones going to like it” and I more think “but I am going to like it” so I write it 🙂

3.What was your biggest blog achievement in 2016?

Reaching 260+ followers! I cannot for the life of me fully understand how on earth that happened! 😀 I genuinely think I am still a relatively small blogger, and by no means do I take any of you for granted! Every time I post I am honestly working my butt off to make it worthy of you all 🙂 😉

4.What has been your most viewed post of 2016?

I think it is Spring Style: Makeup which got a ridiculous amount of views! 😉 I think so far it has 58 likes, and 17 comments… I have no idea how many views it has! 😀 ❤

5.What has been your least viewed post of 2016?

Winter Beauty which was my first post and I honestly think it has like two likes and a couple of views haha!

6.Which post did you most enjoy writing in 2016?

I think my favourite post is… I think my post about 200 Followers & 100 Followers because everyone was so kind in the comments saying the most amazing things which just made me love you all so much, but in terms of memories I will always treasure writing my Wellington trip post because I shared one of my favourite places in the world with you, and it was still so early on in my blogging journey this year haha 🙂

7.What has been the best thing about being a blogger?

Meeting so many of you and making some of the best friends in the world… and we’ve never even met! I honestly see so much kindness and love in this tiny part of the internet and I am so grateful I am a part of it 🙂
